Responsibilities

  • Receive and process reorganisation requests from business segments using the designated master template
  • Liaise with business leaders to clarify structural change requirements and timelines.
  • Review existing employment contracts and compare them with proposed changes in roles, compensation, or conditions.
  • Categorise affected employees into appropriate case groups based on predefined criteria.
  • Interpret and apply the results of negotiations with the Workers Council to the affected employee groups.
  • Ensure all reorganisation actions comply with agreed terms and local labor regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate contractual documentation reflecting the changes to affected employees.
  • Provide the IT Hub with accurate and timely data related to employee movements and changes.

Experience And Skills Required

  • University degree or a comparable education or qualification
  • Very good German & English knowledge, spoken and written Work experience in HR, preferably in the international environment (HR-Organization & HR Processes)
  • Stakeholder Management: Communication on Business/Management Level
  • Open mindset for Innovation (Robotics, AI)
  • Knowledge in handling II-systems (SAP/HR, MS-Office)
  • Flexibility in working independently and within a team
  • Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality service in a professional manner
  • Willingness to understand complex processes and to describe them in a structured way
  • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
