🧩 About the role – Project Manager (Pay Transparency)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Reconomy’s Pay Transparency implementation across multiple EU countries and business units.

In this role, you will be responsible for project governance, delivery, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring compliance with evolving EU regulations while balancing scope, timeline, budget, and quality. You will work closely with HR, Legal, Finance, Works Councils, and senior stakeholders to enable a smooth and compliant rollout.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong coordination skills, regulatory awareness, and the ability to manage complex, cross-country initiatives.

🔧 What you’ll do

Project Management & Delivery

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the pay transparency programme across multiple EU countries and business units
• Own the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Control scope, timeline, and budget while proactively managing risks and issues
• Ensure delivery aligns with both regulatory requirements and business objectives

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Prepare and facilitate monthly Steering Committee meetings
• Coordinate inputs from subject matter experts across regions and functions
• Drive timely decision-making and follow-up on agreed actions
• Manage engagement with the German Works Council in partnership with HR and Legal
• Ensure compliance with local co-determination and consultation requirements

Communication, Change & Compliance

• Develop and execute a clear project communication plan
• Ensure transparent, consistent communication across all stakeholders
• Support change adoption and organisational readiness related to pay transparency initiatives

Budget, Vendors & Reporting

• Manage project budget, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Oversee external vendors and consultants
• Validate invoices and ensure budget adherence
• Maintain PMO documentation in line with Reconomy standards
• Provide structured monthly reporting on status, risks, milestones, and financials

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex, multi-country or cross-functional environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid experience in planning, governance, risk management, and reporting
• Ability to work independently, with a structured and delivery-focused mindset
• Experience with regulatory, compliance, or transformation projects is a strong plus
• Comfortable collaborating across cultures and business units
