Opportunities Available:
- Senior PMO Manager – Lead our Project Management Office, ensuring robust governance, portfolio oversight, and consistent delivery practices across the organisation.
- Project Management opportunities – Manage critical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee project portfolio management, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Act as Project Manager for key initiatives when required.
- Support teams with guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
- Drive project governance and align initiatives with strategic goals.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Proven experience in PMO leadership or project management roles
- Proven experience managing cross functional instrument development projects in life sciences (Project Managing Software projects highly desirable)
- Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Formal Project Management training (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
