• Senior PMO Manager – Lead our Project Management Office, ensuring robust governance, portfolio oversight, and consistent delivery practices across the organisation.
• Project Management opportunities – Manage critical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Oversee project portfolio management, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Act as Project Manager for key initiatives when required.
• Support teams with guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
• Drive project governance and align initiatives with strategic goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in PMO leadership or project management roles
• Proven experience managing cross functional instrument development projects in life sciences (Project Managing Software projects highly desirable)
• Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Formal Project Management training (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
