Senior Manager – HRIS &Product Owner SAP SuccessFactors, Location: Cracow, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home office)

At Novocure, every role contributes to extending the lives of people living with cancer. As our new Senior Manager – HRIS &Product Owner SAP SuccessFactors you’ll play a key part in this mission. You will lead the strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement of our global HR technology platforms. A critical aspect of this role is owning system governance, including data integrity, security, compliance, and change management across all SuccessFactors modules. This role acts as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors, ensuring the HRIS platform meets business needs, enhances employee experience, and complies with global standards and regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HR technology platforms, particularly SuccessFactors and Cornerstone LMS, in alignment with organizational goals
- Lead administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS platform SAP SuccessFactors
- Lead program and project management activities across SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation and other HR tools (Dayforce, Active Payroll, etc.).
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle activities: requirement gathering, budget, scoping, configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-launch support.
- Establish and maintain HRIS governance framework, including policies, standards, and controls for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Own data integrity and security protocols, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other global regulations.
- Manage role-based access controls, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.
- Oversee change management processes, including configuration approvals, release management, and documentation.
- Ensure vendor compliance and alignment with internal IT security standards.
- Oversee the administration and strategic development of Cornerstone LMS, ensuring effective learning program delivery, compliance tracking, and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements that increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Responsible to coordinate with HR, IT, Compliance, and functional stakeholders to align system capabilities with Novocure’s strategic objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate system upgrades, integrations, APIs, and support efforts across platforms.
- Responsible for creating, developing and maintaining detailed system documentation, in alignment with IT and audit requirements.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and impediments that may impact the delivery of the product.
- Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring that technical dependencies and release timelines are managed effectively.
About You
To thrive in this role if you will need these essential qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of HRIS experience and 4+ years as Product Owner SAP
- Proven track record delivering complex HR technology projects in global or matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of HR functions including learning & development, performance management, recruiting, compensation and compliance requirements.
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.

What We Offer
The annual base salary ranges from 213 000 – 355 000 PLN gross per annum.
This pay range is the range of base pay compensation within which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
