🎨 What You’ll Do?

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for tech, product, and business roles.

• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring logistics.

• Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines.

• Support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth first-day experience.

• Prepare and update HR policies, procedures, and internal documentation.

• Support performance review cycles and feedback processes.

• Handle HR operations including personnel files, payroll inputs, and benefits coordination.

• Assist employer branding and internal culture initiatives.

• Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance with local labor laws.

• Act as a first point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR topics.

🧩 Who You Are?

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Hands-on knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Fluent in English and Turkish.
