🌟 What You’ll Do


🎯 Recruitment & Talent Support

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Support hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.


✨ HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Act as a key HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on day‑to‑day HR matters.
  • Manage employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.


💼 Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and related employee inquiries.
  • Help maintain competitive and consistent compensation practices through data gathering and HR reporting.


📊 Performance & Development

  • Support performance review cycles, goal‑setting processes, and follow‑up development actions.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and learning activities for employees and managers.


💬 Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Support engagement initiatives such as team events, wellness activities, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns.
  • Help build an inclusive and positive workplace culture where people feel valued and supported.


⚖️ Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company procedures.
  • Help maintain up‑to‑date documentation, records, and internal HR guidelines.


🔍 Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
