The Customer Experience and Data section in the Digital Sales division is on an exciting journey as we move towards a digital business model with the ambition to become the market leader in digital sales. Our responsibility is to set the strategic direction and advancing platform capabilities that power digital sales and customer engagement. A solid foundation has been built in this area over the past few years based on Adobe Experience Platform. To join us on this journey, we are now looking for a new Product Owner to strengthen the team.
About The Role
The Product Owner we are looking for will be a driving force in developing our digital services and customer journeys. As Product Owner for CXM and Adobe Experience Platform, you will be responsible for realizing DNB’s vision of seamless, personalized, and data-driven customer experiences across all digital channels. This role is key in connecting business objectives with technological solutions and ensuring that customer journeys are optimized through the Adobe platform and related tools within the CXM domain.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and prioritize short-term roadmap and backlog for CXM solutions and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Work in cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys across alle channels.
- Together with Product Manager, help define and execute the vision and long-term planning of strategic initiatives that enable personalized and data-driven customer journeys.
- Identify business needs, define and document requirements, and ensure deliveries meet both technical and business objectives.
- Scrum Master for the development team, actively participate in spring planning, follow up on deliveries, and oversee testing before production deployment.
- Collaborate with technical teams and architects to ensure integration and technical best practices.
- Identify and assess how DNB can leverage generative AI for future processes and solutions in personalization and experimentation.
- Higher education at master’s level with strong academic results.
- Experience and solid understanding of CRM/CXM solutions.
- Demonstrated results within CRM/CXM may offset the absence of formal academic qualifications.
- Experience from the product owner role (or similar), agile methodology and tools (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong understanding of IT, technology, and digital channels.
- Knowledge of CMS solutions.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, and Journey Orchestration.
- Interest and understanding of governance and compliance.
