Position Summary
The HR Generalist supports the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training, and compliance. The role ensures HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and supports a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
2. Maintain employee records and HR documentation
3. Support payroll processing and benefits administration
4. Implement HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
5. Advise management and employees on HR matters and labor regulations
6. Coordinate performance appraisal processes
7. Support training and employee development initiatives
8. Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
10. Assist in HR reporting and audits.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 2–4 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
8. Assist in the end to end visa process.
