Implementation Project Manager (Revenue Cycle Management)

Role Overview:

Leads RCM system deployment projects across King’s College Hospital Dubai and satellite sites, from initiation to go-live and hypercare. Reports to the Director of Technology and manages planning, vendor coordination, NABIDH integration, payer connectivity, data migration, testing, training, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute RCM system implementation projects
• Manage technology deployment and integration
• Coordinate stakeholders and vendors
• Ensure DHA regulatory compliance and risk management

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s in IT/Healthcare/Business (mandatory), Master’s preferred; PMP required

Experience:7–10 years in healthcare IT project management

• 5–7 years implementing RCM systems in hospitals
• 3–5 years Dubai healthcare project experience
• Proven DHA approvals and NABIDH integration
• Skills:Expertise in project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet
• Knowledge of data migration, HL7/FHIR integration
• Change management certifications beneficial

Dubai-Specific Expertise:

• DHA regulatory processes
• NABIDH onboarding and technical specifications
• JCI technology standards for Dubai facilities
