Role Overview:
Leads RCM system deployment projects across King’s College Hospital Dubai and satellite sites, from initiation to go-live and hypercare. Reports to the Director of Technology and manages planning, vendor coordination, NABIDH integration, payer connectivity, data migration, testing, training, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute RCM system implementation projects
- Manage technology deployment and integration
- Coordinate stakeholders and vendors
- Ensure DHA regulatory compliance and risk management
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s in IT/Healthcare/Business (mandatory), Master’s preferred; PMP required
Experience:7–10 years in healthcare IT project management
- 5–7 years implementing RCM systems in hospitals
- 3–5 years Dubai healthcare project experience
- Proven DHA approvals and NABIDH integration
- Skills:Expertise in project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet
- Knowledge of data migration, HL7/FHIR integration
- Change management certifications beneficial
Dubai-Specific Expertise:
- DHA regulatory processes
- NABIDH onboarding and technical specifications
- JCI technology standards for Dubai facilities
