SharkNinja is looking for an E-Commerce & Merchandiser Manager to join our Nordic E-Commerce team, based near our Oslo office. Reporting to the Nordic E-Commerce Lead, you will play a central role in driving growth across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels by owning category performance, merchandising strategy, forecasting and end-to-end online shopping experience.

The role:


As E-Commerce & Merchandiser Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting, optimising product availability, pricing, promotions, and content across our D2C platforms. You will work closely with E-Com lead and cross-functional teams to maximise sales, margin and conversion, while ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience.

You will act as the go-to expert for forecasting and merchandising within the D2C team and play a key role in shaping the Nordic trading and merchandising strategy.

Key responsibilities:


  • Own category performance across SharkNinja’s Nordic D2C websites, with accountability for sales, forecast accuracy and gross margin.
  • Lead planning and execution of new product launches, pricing strategies, promotions and digital activations
  • Drive merchandising strategy and trading plans to optimise conversion.
  • Manage D2C forecasting for new and existing product categories, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product availability
  • Monitor day-to-day website performance, identifying risks and opportunities and proactively communicating insights to the E-Commerce Lead
  • Ensure best-in-class digital content across D2C sites in close collaboration with content and marketing teams
  • Lead performance reporting on sales, margin and forecast attainment, translating data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Support continuous optimisation of the consumer journey through data-driven testing and improvements

What you will bring:

  • Experience in e-commerce, category management, or merchandising roles.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level e-commerce platforms, including promotion planning, content management, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of the digital shopping funnel and core e-commerce KPIs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong data analytics skills with hands-on experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on profitability, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Ability to think from the consumer’s perspective and confidently challenge internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, supported by excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Native proficiency in at least one Nordic language, combined with strong English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar platforms) as well as analytics and reporting tools.
