The person must be able to assist the manager in managing the staff, be able to assist with all store administrative duties such as opening and closing, filling the reports for Head Office, processing of transfers and receptions of merchandise. Have full knowledge of processing payroll and schedules in case of manager absence. Know and respect all the procedures related to the Lacoste boutique management in order to reach maximum productivity.

Leadership Abilities: Can assist the manager and be able to manage a team to reach goals to support the strategic direction of the business.

Developmental and Training Skills: The assisted ability to recognize and recruit talent, delegate responsibility, and work with staff and coach to help them grow co-in siding with Manager. Able to motivate staff and provide helpful, behaviorally specific feedback.

Performance Management Skills: The ability to assist the Manager with responsibility for the team’s performance by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress, providing feedback, and addressing performance problems promptly. Clarify expectations and provide resources and training needed along side the Manager.

Entrepreneurial: Take ownership with Manager for every facet of the store’s operation and actively strive to achieve goals beyond the minimum level of performance. A self-starter who has the ability to work well without close supervision.

Sales and Goal Oriented: Must have the ability to assist the manager and communicate the Company’s commitment to goals. Must have strong sales and be able to lead by example, and measure your store’s performance.
