Vision Talent's client is seeking a junior Scrum Master to join them on a contract basis. This is an initial 12 month contract term and the work can be conducted remotely from within Canada.

The work will be in EST hours with one evening meeting required weekly.

In this role the Scrum Master will facilitate agile development teams ensuring clear communication and effective workflows.

• Agile Knowledge - needs to know agile concepts, understand the scrum master's role, understand the team lead's role, understand the product owner's role, understand user stories and epics, sprints, story points, burndown, velocity, sprint planning and retrospectives
• Atlassian - needs to be familiar with JIRA and Confluence
