Investment Advisor

This is with one of our financial client.

We are seeking a Licensed Assistant II to support Corporate Advisors by managing administrative tasks, client service, and account operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with securities licensing who enjoys working closely with advisors and clients in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
• Support advisors with account openings, maintenance, and documentation
• Enter and process trades under advisor direction
• Schedule and coordinate client and advisor meetings
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM
• Liaise with head/back office teams to ensure smooth processing
• Provide high-quality administrative and client service support

Required Qualifications

• CSC and CPH certifications (mandatory)
• 1+ year experience supporting an Investment Advisor
• Experience within a Mutual Fund Dealer, Investment Dealer, or Financial Institution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Nice to Have

• French language skills
• Power BI experience
