Responsibilities

• Participate in the overall planning and design of our AI intelligent interaction platform, driving innovation from 0 to 1 and continuous optimization from 1 to N;
• Design user-centered solutions based on business scenarios and user needs, and work closely with engineering and business teams to ensure successful implementation;
• Co-build reusable and configurable platform capabilities, contributing to a scalable and systematic product architecture;
• Deeply analyze user feedback and data, produce high-quality product documentation and prototypes, and participate in the full product lifecycle from design and development to testing and launch;
• Proactively coordinate resources, collaborate efficiently across teams, and continuously explore, validate, and deliver new product opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence—especially large language models (LLMs)—including their capabilities, limitations, and typical use cases;
• Excellent logical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions;
• Proficiency in English as a working language (we are a global team) ;
• Strong curiosity, learning agility, and self-motivation, with a habit of staying up to date on the latest trends in AI products and technologies;
• Basic product prototyping skills and familiarity with common design tools such as Figma, Axure, Notion, and Mind-mapping tools;
• An innovative mindset, collaborative approach, and a strong desire to grow together with the team.

Nice to Have

• Products you designed or led that were featured on platforms such as Product Hunt or Hacker News;
• Experience with open-source projects, public knowledge sharing, or a background that bridges product and engineering;
• Experience leading small teams, managing projects, or working in highly collaborative environments.
