Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team! This position is located Remote in California.

Duties:

  • Identify shared, duplicate, and net-new suppliers
  • Recommend and execute appropriate transition strategies
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized supplier transition roadmap, revisiting plans as new information becomes available
  • Drive supplier transitions in partnership with acquired companies, Purchasing Operations, and Strategic Sourcing teams
  • Manage the transition of contingent workers into approved programs and processes
  • Own and manage large data sets supporting procurement integration activities, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timely updates
  • Track and report on integration progress, milestones, and synergy targets, delivering clear status updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve issues that could cause service or business disruption, escalating when necessary to keep integrations on track
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Procurement mergers and acquisitions and functional integration partners through effective communication and collaboration
  • Support training, documentation, and change-management efforts for acquired employees on interim and end-state procurement processes


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, operations, business consulting, client services, or program/project management
  • Proven experience supporting Mergers and acquisitions integration initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, including data analysis and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and drive resolution quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to manage day-to-day work independently and follow up effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
  • Understanding of supplier contracts and sourcing practices
  • Project management experience; PMP, PMI, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Experience tracking and reporting synergy targets during integrations

The approximate pay range for this position is between $33.00 and $47.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
