We are seeking a world-class Chairman/Co-CEO to lead our holding company as we build the Amazon of Retirement and Financial Services. As Chairman, you will lead an aggressive acquisition and integration strategy targeting:

  • Insurance brokerages and carriers

The goal is to create an end-to-end ecosystem that captures and optimizes every touchpoint in the retirement journey, delivering unprecedented value to customers while generating exceptional returns for shareholders.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a proven executive with the following credentials:

  • IPO Experience: Track record of taking major financial services or fintech companies public
  • M&A Leadership: Significant experience leading complex mergers, acquisitions, and integrations in financial services
  • Capital Markets Expertise: Proven success raising hundreds of millions (or billions) of dollars with strong investor returns
  • Scaling Excellence: Experience growing companies to billion-dollar+ valuations and successful exits
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial services, fintech, insurance, or retirement sectors
  • Board Leadership: Experience as chairman or board member of public or major private companies
  • Rainmaker Reputation: Established relationships with institutional investors, LPs, and strategic partners
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the holding company's strategic direction and oversee portfolio company performance
  • Drive capital raising across private equity, institutional investors, and public markets
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic acquisitions of asset managers, insurance brokers, wealth managers, and related businesses
  • Lead the company through IPO preparation and execution
  • Build and lead a world-class board of directors and executive team
  • Forge strategic partnerships with major financial institutions and government entities

Compensation & Opportunity

This executive role features total annual compensation ranging from $6 million to over $50 million, inclusive of base salary, significant equity stake, stock options, and performance-based bonuses tied to capital raises, acquisitions, and valuation milestones.
