- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and value delivery
- Guide the team in identifying and addressing dependencies and risks during planning sessions
- Support the Product Owner in managing the team's backlog and product discovery
- Promote the use of Agile metrics to track team performance and improve quality
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Proven experience in managing SaaS product development or large-scale enterprise solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- PSM I or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
- Proven success in leading Agile transitions and fostering collaboration in cross-functional teams
