What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide the team with resources, information, communication, and practical advice to enable regular delivery of working software
• Manage multiple Sprint teams with overlapping timelines and proactively handle dependencies
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, release and Sprint planning sessions, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Track and communicate team velocity and progress on Sprints/releases
• Foster collaboration and encourage self-organization within teams
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, structure, and ceremonies in software development
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Basic knowledge of Agile practices, including retrospectives and sprint planning
• Strong organizational skills and ability to influence without formal authority

• Scrum certification
