- Manage multiple Sprint teams with overlapping timelines and proactively handle dependencies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, release and Sprint planning sessions, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Track and communicate team velocity and progress on Sprints/releases
- Foster collaboration and encourage self-organization within teams
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, structure, and ceremonies in software development
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Basic knowledge of Agile practices, including retrospectives and sprint planning
- Strong organizational skills and ability to influence without formal authority
- Scrum certification
- Knowledge of SAFE Methodology
