To drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities while building strong client relationships. The Sales Executive will represent Cozmo Travel in the Doha market and consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1 - Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Generate leads, conduct sales calls, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products and services.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and agreements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business.
- accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Support forecasting and planning activities as required.
- Ensure professional representation of the company at all times. Handle client queries and concerns effectively,ensuring prompt resolution.
- Uphold company values and brand standards in all interactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales documentation and client records.
- Maintain organized sales trackers, reports, and databases. Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Result Oriented mindset with strong follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience.
