Information Technology Programmer

This role is only open for candidates with an existing valid working permit - no contract/visa can be provided for this position.

Job Summary:

• Implementation and development of systems and electronic service portals, and follow-up of digital transformation projects.
• Developing electronic systems and websites.
• Contributing to integration work with government systems and data sources.
• Participating in the design of user interfaces and user experience
• Conducting performance and security testing and addressing vulnerabilities
• Providing technical support and technical documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Good knowledge of front-end development using: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap; preference for React or Angular frameworks.
• Experience in developing back-end systems using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Familiarity with designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Ability to work with SQL Server databases, executing queries and creating relationships.
• Good understanding of Clean Architecture principles and MVC.
• Ability to use version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with software project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira is considered an added advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
