This is a Delhi-based position and work from office only!


Work Location: Sector 23 Dwarka, Delhi


Job Summary: Nuvoretail’s E-commerce analytics and automation platform, already live and evolving fast. We’re hiring a Product Manager who can quickly understand the current product state and run a tight, fortnightly execution cadence to roll out new modules and enhancements.

This is a coordination-heavy, delivery-focused role. You’ll be the glue between Business Analysts, UX/UI, Developers, QA and Business teams — ensuring everyone is aligned, sprints are disciplined, and enlytical.ai moves forward predictably every two weeks.


What you’ll own:

Product coordination & delivery

  • Own planning and rollout of enlytical.ai modules on a fortnightly release cycle.
  • Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and retros, where needed.
  • Ensure each sprint has clear goals, scoped work and defined acceptance criteria.

Cross-functional alignment

  • Act as the day-to-day coordinator between Business Analysts, UX/UI designers, Developers, QA, Client Servicing and Business teams.
  • Proactively remove blockers and manage dependencies across teams.

Understand & structure the current state

  • Deep-dive into the current enlytical.ai product: architecture, modules, existing dashboards, and ongoing work.
  • Map existing work to a clear short-term and medium-term delivery plan.
  • Identify gaps in requirements, UX, tech debt or QA coverage and bring structure to them.

Prioritisation & trade-offs

  • Translate business priorities and client needs into a prioritised backlog.
  • Make pragmatic calls balancing speed of delivery with scalability and technical sustainability.
  • Clearly communicate trade-offs and decisions to stakeholders.

Execution artefacts

  • Own and maintain PRDs and functional specs.
  • Create and manage user stories and use-case flows.
  • Collaborate with UX on wireframes and user journeys.
  • Define and maintain acceptance criteria and release checklists.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and usable by all teams.

QA, UAT & release coordination

  • Coordinate with QA on test plans, regression coverage and sign-offs.
  • Plan and run UAT with business teams; ensure feedback is captured and prioritised.
  • Manage deployment timelines with tech, monitor early usage, and handle post-release fixes.

Stakeholder communication & process

  • Provide crisp, regular status updates to leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain transparent views of what’s in progress, what’s blocked, and what’s next.
  • Improve processes around release notes, feedback loops and handovers.

Day-to-day (typical)

  • Run standups and keep sprint boards and backlogs current.
  • Break down high-level asks from business into structured requirements with Business Analysts.
  • Align UX and Dev on scope, flows and edge cases before development starts.
  • Track progress, call out risks early, and drive decisions to resolution.
  • Coordinate QA/UAT, validate releases and document changes for internal teams.


You bring (required)

  • 3–6 years of experience in Product Management / Product Delivery, ideally in SaaS / MarTech / AdTech / Ecommerce.
  • Strong track record coordinating cross-functional teams (BA, UX/UI, Dev, QA, Business) on regular release cycles.
  • Hands-on experience running 2-week sprints or similar agile cadences.
  • Solid understanding of agile concepts and tools (Jira or similar) and backlog management in practice.
  • Excellent communication skills — clear PRDs, stories, and stakeholder updates.
  • Analytical, structured thinking and comfort with product metrics and dashboards.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams, APIs and data-heavy products.


Nice to have

  • Experience with e-commerce analytics, digital shelf tools, or marketplace/retail media platforms.
  • Exposure to Amazon ecosystem (Amazon Ads, Seller Central, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Confluence, Git-based workflows and CI/CD environments.
