Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product / Industrial Designer with 6–7 years of experience in designing and developing luxury home accessories and décor products. The ideal candidate combines strong 3D design expertise with deep production and manufacturing knowledge, managing projects from concept through final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop luxury 3D home and tabletop products, including barware, crockery, serveware, décor accessories, and hardware goods
• Demonstrate strong material knowledge of hardware such as brass, bronze, fine china, porcelain, glass, etc.
• Create 3D models, detailed technical drawings, and production-ready specifications
• Collaborate closely with vendors, artisans, and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility, quality, and finish standards
• Manage prototyping, sampling, and production development processes
• Select and specify materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes aligned with luxury positioning
• Research and track global trends in luxury home, décor, and lifestyle products

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–7 years of experience in product / industrial design, preferably in luxury home or lifestyle categories
• Strong proficiency in 3D design software such as Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes across metal, ceramic, glass, wood, and stone, including hardware goods
• Strong eye for luxury aesthetics, fine detailing, and craftsmanship
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
