A client in the energy and industrial decarbonisation sector is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the team. You will oversee technical aspects of a major clean fuels project, coordinate with engineering teams, and update financial models to support project development. The role involves ensuring technical alignment with project objectives and providing PMO support throughout delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical aspects of the project and ensure alignment with objectives
- Update and refine financial models to support development
- Coordinate with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
- Provide PMO support for project development and delivery
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports for senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in a top tier consultancy
- Background in engineering, technology, or hydrogen/ammonia projects
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant processes and terminology
- Proven project management and PMO experience
- Ability to analyse and update financial models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Details
- Start date: January 5 2026
- Duration: 6 weeks with potential to extend
- Day rate: £500 – £800, depending on experience
- Location: London, with potential travel to the US
