- Data management, insights, and reporting in Power Platform and Quickbase;
- Third-party risk tiering and procedures;
- SOC2 reviews and process monitoring;

- Vendor exit strategies and SLA/KPI oversight;
- Business Continuity Planning;
- Data mining, analytics, and visualization;
- Third-party governance and risk assessment;
