Software Engineer (Java)

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join a team of engineers developing Java-based microservices and low-code applications.

In this role, you will take ownership of driving technical improvements, including optimising and further developing existing applications for performance and maintainability, as well as analysing requirements and building new technical solutions.

For this position, we are looking for a skilled engineer with proven expertise in Java and microservices development, along with strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MSSQL). Exposure to full-stack work (JavaScript and related frameworks) is desirable, as is prior experience integrating Java and JavaScript code using Rhino or OSGi.

The team language is German; therefore, strong German communication skills are required, as well as proficiency in English.
