The Position
- Support the successful delivery of allocated projects in line with approved project baselines and agreed project management methodology.
- Assist with the management of project financials, forecasting and reporting.
- Coordinate project planning activities including scheduling, resourcing, prioritisation and delivery milestones.
- Maintain project baselines (scope, schedule, budget and benefits), ensuring changes are documented, approved and recorded.
- Develop, maintain and update project management documentation and artefacts as required.
- Identify, monitor and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating where necessary.
- Support stakeholder engagement to ensure expectations are aligned and project outcomes are achieved.
- Assist in ensuring project quality standards are met and maintained.
- Maintain accurate project data and prepare project status reports and other management outputs.
- Support project governance arrangements, including coordination, reporting and secretariat support for governance forums.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to confirm deliverables and success criteria, ensuring hospital design and delivery align with operational requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will be able to work autonomously, supported by highly developed time management and organisational skills to meet competing deadlines. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the business context and objectives of projects to a range of stakeholders.

About The New Midland Private Hospital
- A brand-new purpose-built state-of-the-art facility, currently under construction, located just 300 metres from the St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals Campus.
- A comprehensive range of medical and surgical services, with interventional cardiology being offered for the first time in the region
- The hospital will feature:
- 96 overnight inpatient beds, including a six-bed critical care/high dependency unit.
- 27-bed short stay and day procedure unit
- Six operating theatres
- A cardiac/vascular catheter laboratory
- Salary: $103,300 to $114,700 per annum, plus 12% Superannuation
- A fixed term, full-time role working 76 hours per fortnight
- Based from our Perth CBD and Midland Hospital
- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
