Graphic Designer

Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling content for social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design fundamentals, stay current with social media trends, and bring creativity to the table while supporting the design team. This role involves collaborating with designers to develop and implement brand identities and content strategies for various clients.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Design, create, and curate a range of visual assets for client social media accounts and digital platforms, including static graphics, motion graphics, collages, grid layouts, flat lays, Instagram stories, and feed posts.
Brand Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of brand identity and social media content strategy for clients.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and new developments to ensure that client content remains current and engaging.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Designer and Senior Designer, contributing to team brainstorming and assisting with projects as needed.

Engaging Visual Assets: Consistent creation of high-quality, visually appealing assets that align with each client’s brand and engage their audience.
Effective Brand Identity: Support the implementation of cohesive brand identities and content strategies that reinforce each client’s presence on social media.
Trend-Driven Content: Regularly contribute ideas that leverage current social media trends, keeping content fresh and relevant.
Seamless Teamwork: Efficient collaboration with the design team, providing valuable input and assistance to meet project goals.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of professional design experience, with a solid understanding of design fundamentals.
Adobe Suite Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premiere, and FinalCut are required.
Creativity & Innovation: An interest in AR Filters (Spark AR) and a desire to explore and learn new skills and applications.
Social Media Savvy: Strong awareness of current social media trends and the ability to create content that resonates with online audiences.
Self-Motivation & Prioritization: A self-starter with a sense of urgency, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
Collaboration Skills: A team player who works well both collaboratively and independently, with a strong ability to take direction and execute accordingly.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
