Relationship Network and Customer Success Analyst
The Relationship Network Analyst will provide support to a New York-based private equity firm. Their primary responsibility is to support the firm's internal network, which, by identifying the right connections and making key introductions, expands its business. This role will help establish a vast network of high-impact connections, primarily within the technology sector.
Expert Network Support (80% of the time):
- Utilize LinkedIn and other tools to identify potential leads and connections within key industries.
- Generate introductions between key executives, facilitating strategic relationships.
- Assist investment teams in analyzing and coordinating contact with strategic executives.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized record of connections and contacts.
- Conduct calls with portfolio companies C-Level executives to understand their needs and provide regular updates. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
Customer Success Analysis and Digital Marketing (20% of the time):
Customer Success:
- Collaborate with portfolio Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies to benchmark their customer success against top market players.
- Prepare detailed analysis and presentations to provide actionable insights and guidance.
- Conduct research on the tech market to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Digital Marketing:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools such as SimilarWeb, SEMRush, Google Trends, and Google Adwords to extract, analyze, and visualize data.
- Create insightful presentations using PowerPoint, focusing on trends, competitive positioning, and digital traffic mix.
- Perform analysis on various aspects, including site traffic, app downloads, SEO equity of companies compared to competitors, and breakdown of digital traffic sources (direct, organic, paid).
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science, Economics, Business Administration, or other relative degrees
- Excellent level of English written and spoken
- Highly effective organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy are a must have
- Willingness to stretch and work with global clients
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Able to work in a team setupc
