<Expectation for the role>
- Design and develop AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and tool-use.
- Build and optimize workflows that integrate LLMs, vector stores, APIs, and external tools.
- Develop memory architectures, retrieval systems, and agent planning strategies.
- Implement Reinforcement Learning or feedback loops to improve agent performance.
- Work with product and engineering teams to translate use cases into robust agent capabilities.
- Evaluate model outputs, enhance reliability, and ensure safe, predictable behavior.
- Deploy scalable systems and monitor agent performance in production.
- Stay up to date with the latest LLM, agentic AI, and automation advancements; bring new ideas from research into production.
<Must Have Requirements>
- From 4 years of AI Engineer/ AI Agent Engineer.
- Strong software engineering background (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and RAG pipelines.
- Experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, or workflow automation a plus.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, structured prompting, or model orchestration.
- Knowledge of RL, planning algorithms, or decision-making systems is a strong plus.
- Ability to design clean, scalable architectures and write production-quality code.
- Comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and working with ambiguity.
- Preferred working in CET timezone
<Nice to Have>
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI o1 workflows).
- ML engineering or MLOps experience (training, fine-tuning, model evaluation).
- Background in distributed systems, API integrations, or microservices.
- Exposure to safety-aware AI development or handling hallucination-reduction techniques.
<Note>
- This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, but it will be structured as contractor work.
- Devices: You will be expected to use your own computer to perform the work.
- Sole Employment: No second job is permitted.
