Your Tasks


  • Ensure compliance with EU AI and data regulations (AI Act, GDPR, NIS2)
  • Lead and coordinate the AI Responsible Persons network across the Group, providing guidance and governance processes
  • Facilitate AI Board, Councils, and decision-making forums, including preparation and follow-up
  • Maintain the AI Register: classification, documentation, evaluation, and monitoring of AI systems
  • Define and implement AI governance policies, procedures, and risk assessment practices
  • Partner with affected IT & Business Units; build awareness through training and communication of AI governance standards

  • Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,556.03 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.

Your Profile


  • Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Data Governance, Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5+ years in Data/AI governance, compliance, risk management, or related regulatory functions
  • Strong knowledge of EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS2; experience with governance frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance processes
  • Skilled in facilitating cross-functional networks; excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • Structured, analytical, solution-oriented; excellent English, German is a plus
