IT Project Manager

About This Vacancy

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure for IT-related projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
• Report and escalate project status to management and stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business units.
  
  

Qualifications

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience managing IT projects (software, infrastructure, or both).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
