Job Title: MEP Lead (Hyperscale Data Centre)
Location: Helsinki, Finland
The company
Lead MEP delivery on a world-class hyperscale data centre in Finland. You’ll oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems—from design and procurement to construction, commissioning, and handover—on a fast-track, high-value project.
The position
- Lead HV/LV power, UPS, generators, cooling, BMS/EPMS, life safety, controls, and public health systems
- Manage MEP package managers, site engineers, and subcontractors
- Chair design workshops, resolve clashes, and ensure compliance with client & EU standards
- Drive commissioning, integrated systems testing, and handover
- Ensure safety, quality, and zero-incident culture on site
- Manage budgets, subcontractors, and interfaces across CSA, commissioning, and client teams
Could this role be for you?
- Experienced in large-scale hyperscale or mission-critical projects
- Strong technical knowledge across MEP, power, cooling, controls, and resilience systems
- Confident leading multidisciplinary teams and multiple work packages
- Calm under pressure, highly organised, and solutions-focused
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred; professional accreditation advantageous
- Travel: 50%+ across sites as required. Relocation to Finland supported
