About The Role And The Team

We are now looking for a Service Desk Analyst to Turku for temporary position (end of August 2026). As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll give your If colleagues the possibility to concentrate on the essential in their work. If’s thousands of employees as well as it’s millions customers rely on that IT works, is modern and cost efficient. If’s service desk has a crucial role to make this possible. Everyday our Nordic team makes sure that our applications are up and running and all IT tools are working, so that our colleagues will be able to do a great job and our customers are able to reach us when needed.

We are a team of eleven and of these 8 in Turku, 3 in Espoo and highly motivated people who help our customers all the way from smaller requests to larger incidents in a professional way. Excellent service is very important for us and through our combined 1st/2nd line we solve most of the cases by ourselves. We want to make sure that it is easy for our colleagues to reach us via the channel they prefer (phone, Face-to-Face, chat, self-service) and we always try to do that little extra. On top of this we always want to have fun at work.

Our days can be hectic, and we need to be flexible when it comes to planning our days. Sometimes a critical issue can override planned schedules and meetings. From time to time, we have projects on going that we lead or participate in. You will have a key role to ensure that our team is successful in all of this. Does it sound like that our team has crucial tasks and high expectations? You are right – we do. But don’t worry, we will get you started.

Who are you?

We are mainly looking for you that has experience in customer service, is service minded, efficient, driven and then you could possess some degree of knowledge in IT or have some IT education. You have genuine interest in technology, IT and problem solving, and you can think outside of the box. And most importantly you are a team player.

You also have:

  • some knowledge of our core systems and optionally you are familiar with also systems like ServiceNow, MS Azure, MS Exchange, MS Active Directory & Office365, Win11, TeamViewer, iOS and macOS
  • some knowledge of hardware (PC, headsets, peripherals, phones) as you will be providing onsite support
  • communication skills fluently in Finnish and English (both written and spoken), as we provide support to several countries, but mainly we support our domestic users. Swedish language skills are considered a plus
  • possibility to occasionally work in the evenings and weekends


Additional facts and recruitment process

Employment: The position is temporary until end of August 2026. Start as soon as possible, latest in March 2026.

Location: Turku
