The Food, Feed, and Fertilizer sector is one of our strategic focus areas, and we are committed to delivering innovative solutions to our customers. While your main responsibilities will be in this sector, you’ll also have opportunities to work on projects in the process, pharma, and pulp industries.
As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities include project management, sales support, and consulting services in challenging engineering projects. You’ll be a trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring successful project delivery and building long-term partnerships. We value professionals who combine strong expertise with a proactive approach and creative problem-solving skills.
The role requires a solid technical understanding of hygienic standards and compliance requirements, as well as an established network and experience in the sector. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with project team members and customers. Whether you have years of experience or just a few, we’d love to hear from you.
Depending on your background, your role will combine
- Project Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring projects from start to finish. You will also coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Customer Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and understanding their production needs. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Support: Working closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical input during proposal development, while also proactively reaching out and maintaining customer engagement.
- Consulting: Advising customers on best practices related to hygienic standards in food and feed production, technology selection, and production processes, as well as providing technical guidance on compliance and operational improvements.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all projects meet relevant hygienic and regulatory standards, staying up to date with industry regulations, and communicating changes to customers and internal teams.

You’ll have various ways to grow and develop yourself through training programs and mentoring. We use modern design and project tools, and our hybrid working model helps you adapt your work to different life situations.
Our compensation aligns with trade union recommendations and reflects your future role, capabilities, skills, experience, and specialization. Please share your thoughts regarding salary expectations in your application. Additionally, we offer versatile employee benefits, including comprehensive insurance and support for sports and cultural activities.
