A well-established, internationally active industrial organisation based in Northern Bavaria is continuing its HR digitalisation journey and is looking to strengthen its internal HR systems team with an experienced SuccessFactors Specialist.
The company has already gone live with core SuccessFactors modules and is now expanding its landscape across multiple countries. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with the system while actively contributing to further rollouts, process standardisation and the transition away from manual HR processes in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and further develop the existing SuccessFactors landscape across multiple modules
- Contribute to ongoing and upcoming rollouts, including learning, time and payroll solutions
- Act as an internal point of contact for SuccessFactors-related topics within HR
- Collaborate with external implementation and support partners during rollout and optimisation phases
- Gather, document and translate HR requirements into system and process improvements
- Support the standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes across multiple countries
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors
- Solid understanding of HR processes and how they are represented in HR systems
- Experience working in international or multi-country environments is highly beneficial
- Comfortable working closely with both HR stakeholders and external partners
- Fluent German is required
