Role Description

This role is for an Assistant Project Manager responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across different teams and initiatives. In this position, you will assist in organizing project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed in alignment with project timelines, scope, and quality standards.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support day-to-day project operations by maintaining schedules, coordinating communications, and monitoring deliverables. Your work will help ensure that project information is accurate, well-organized, and accessible to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include assisting with project planning activities, preparing and maintaining project documentation, and supporting regular status updates. You will help track milestones, manage action items, and support issue and risk tracking to help projects progress smoothly.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate coordination and alignment. By supporting communication and organization, you will help reduce delays, improve visibility, and support effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be expected to follow structured project management processes and support problem-solving efforts as challenges arise.

Clear communication, reliability, and a proactive mindset are essential. The Assistant Project Manager plays an important role in supporting successful project delivery, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
