Our products, including online sales, call bookings, and semi-OTAs, are continually expanding to meet market trends.

We’re passionate about creating innovative solutions to simplify travel for our customers. And we’re looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and help us to bring our online travel agency to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback, market insights, and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
  • Define and prioritize product features, requirements, and roadmap items.
  • Create clear product specifications and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Align product decisions with company strategy by working closely with stakeholders.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from idea to launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Own the product roadmap and translate it into actionable tasks like user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor product performance after launch and use data to guide future improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management — with a strong understanding of backend and frontend development, and a solid grasp of user experience principles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities — able to interpret data and translate insights into product decisions. Familiarity with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset — capable of identifying new product opportunities and driving innovation.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Proactive and self-driven — able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Background in travel technology or corporate travel is highly desirable.
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively across our international teams.
