Content & Project Manager

You are a digital native with a passion for music and are curious to work in a hands-on, agile environment?

MyGroove, Red Bull’s music-based start-up with the vision to connect people by teaching them instruments, is looking for a Content and Project Manger. In this role, you will manage the app content we show to our end users, and help grow the product over time. You will be responsible for curating and publishing for our mobile app, reviewing the content that drives growth in the App Stores and via in-app activation, and you will be the main expert for our backend tools like our app and web CMS.

You are the advocate for content delivery processes and efficiency in set-up and you will have the ability to experience the production with our artists in person, to see how the content you are responsible for is coming to life.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Content Management

In this role, you’ll prepare and organise the release of new content, including the support of release activation. You will be responsible to organise and plan content delivered via Airtable, hand-in-hand with the production team, and you oversee the testing process before a release. Finally, you’ll support copy writers and designers in any matters of the creative delivery process.

Process Optimization

Always on the lookout for simpler, more efficient processes, you’ll work on the simplification of content delivery and management. You will review the tool chain where needed and define what the best structure is for set-up of our team. Last but not least, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our CCO and CEO to optimise the content we show to our users and help us save time in doing so.

Product Marketing Support

To achieve best possible growth results you'll be the connection piece between our product and marketing team, helping set-up A/B tests for conversion optimization, drive app store optimization, and help activate the product with in-app campaigns.

Quality Control & Data

Supporting the highest possible quality standards in our product, regular checks of all platforms and an eye on the data will be an integral part of holistically strengthening the product team with your insights and analyses.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Project management with a strong focus on quality management and process optimization
• Bachelor's degree in music education, communications, digital media, or related fields and/or relevant work experience as project manager or content manager
• Fluent in German and English
• Preferably experience with Airtable and handling of a content CMS
• Motivated team player with a hands-on mentality and willingness to explore a wide variety of content related fields
• Good organisational skills coupled with strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
• Basic musical knowledge of tone, rhythm, note reading
• First experience with app growth strategies and ASO a plus
