This role is for a Data Scientist who enjoys working at the intersection of data, business, and people.

The media and advertising data landscape is moving fast, and many organisations rely on specialist partners to help them turn complexity into confident decisions. This position sits right in that space: hands-on modelling, direct client impact, and the opportunity to shape how well-known brands use data in practice.

What You’ll Do

• Run client-facing data science projects end to end
• Translate complex models and analyses into clear, practical recommendations
• Present insights confidently to non-technical stakeholders
• Build and deploy Python-based models used in real decision-making
• Work independently while collaborating closely with a small, sociable team
• Explore new areas such as AI, LLMs, and emerging data technologies
• Help clients understand what’s possible, not just what’s statistically correct!

Core Skills (Data Science–Focused)

• Strong hands-on experience as a medior or senior Data Scientist
• Solid Python skills with experience delivering production-ready models
• Comfortable working across the full data science lifecycle
• Strong communication skills - able to explain complex ideas simply
• Confident presenting insights and recommendations to clients
• Analytical, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering data science projects in real-world settings
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Enjoys client interaction and problem-solving
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) - this is essential
• Happy with a hybrid setup around the Eindhoven office

Nice to Have

• Experience in media, marketing, or advertising
• Interest or experience in AI and LLMs
• Background in consultancy or agency-style environments
