We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a Senior UX/UI Designer.

Your Mission Will Be

• Craft wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs across several products;
• Keep design libraries and documentation well-structured and continuously improved;
• Support the enhancement of the design system alongside product and engineering teams;
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistent visual standards in every experience;
• Contribute to a project with a 6-month duration.

You Will Need

• Extensive experience designing and maintaining scalable design systems;
• Strong mastery of Figma, particularly in components, variants, and prototyping;
• A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX and UI design for web-based solutions;
• Ability to interpret requirements and turn them into intuitive user journeys;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Background working with enterprise-level or B2B digital products;
• Awareness of frontend languages and how interfaces come to life in code;
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design considerations;
• Experience supporting user research or usability validation efforts;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
