Your Mission Will Be

• Monitoring and evaluating security systems to detect and understand potential threats;
• Conducting audits, assessments, and improvement initiatives across security processes;
• Supporting incident response activities, from investigation to documentation and recovery coordination;
• Implementing and maintaining security controls that protect infrastructure and data;
• Driving data analysis and annotation activities to support machine learning initiatives.

You Will Need

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• At least 3 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, including incident handling and daily security operations;
• Solid understanding of computer networks such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, OSI model, and common security protocols (HTTPS, DNS, SMTP, SSH);
• Knowledge of IAM, security fundamentals, and the shared responsibility model in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP);
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), EDR tools, SIEM platforms, and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell;
• Experience securing data through encryption both in transit and at rest;
• Understanding of virtualization, container security, and identity governance frameworks;
• Strong analytical mindset, able to handle pressure and solve real security threats instead of only identifying them;
• Knowledge of email security mechanisms such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and phishing prevention measures.
