We are looking for a professional who can design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Fabric and Power BI solutions that enable secure, governed, and high‑performance analytics across the enterprise. This person will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver actionable insights and robust data architectures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Fabric solutions: configure and manage OneLake, Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Data Pipelines for scalable analytics.
  • Develop Power BI solutions: build interactive reports and dashboards, optimize DAX and Power Query, and ensure performance tuning for large datasets.
  • Data modeling and governance: design semantic models, enforce data security, row‑level security (RLS), and apply governance best practices.
  • Integrate data sources: connect Fabric and Power BI to diverse enterprise systems (SQL, Azure Data Services, APIs) and ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Performance and monitoring: implement capacity planning, usage analytics, and proactive optimization strategies.
  • Collaboration and enablement: work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide training/documentation.



Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Pipelines).
  • Advanced skills in Power BI: DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and visualization best practices.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance (including GDPR).
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven analytics in Fabric (e.g., Copilot for Power BI, AI‑powered data preparation, or natural language insights).
  • Knowledge of Azure Synapse, Data Factory, or Databricks for advanced data engineering scenarios.
  • Experience with Direct Lake mode and hybrid architectures.
  • Skills in Python or R for advanced analytics and data science integration.
  • Understanding of DevOps for BI (version control, deployment pipelines).
