FleetFox is an asset-light managed marketplace, active in 11 cities across 6 EU countries, servicing car-sharing, delivery, utility, and other B2B fleets. Driven by our technology, we’re saving clients 35-60% on their fleet ops, and streamlining their operations on scale.

We are looking for a visionary Product Owner to lead and evolve our service portfolio. It’s a C-level role based at our HQ team in Tallinn, where you report directly to the COO (founder). This is a strategic role where you’ll shape the future of our service offerings and unit economics while collaborating closely with our tech team, clients, and internal stakeholders.

YOU'LL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF:

• Service strategy & vision: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for FleetFox’s services. Innovate and enhance our unique selling proposition while ensuring scalability and profitability.
• Product management and process design: Design, refine, and implement business processes and servicing models from A to Z, keeping our business model lean, cost-efficient, and impactful.
• Unit economics: Optimize financial structures for each service to maximize profitability and boost value for our clients.
• Client discovery: Engage directly with clients to understand their pain points and co-create tailored solutions.
• Technology integration: Work with tech teams to implement innovative software solutions that drive operational excellence.
• Expansion support: Partner with expansion teams to launch services in new markets seamlessly, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with local needs.
• Cross-functional leadership: Act as a bridge across departments to ensure cohesive operations and alignment with company goals.
  

YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Experience: 5+ years in a Product Owner / Manager / Lead, Service Designer, or similar role.
• Industry fit: A strong connection in tech-driven, B2B, and operations-heavy sectors, ideally with keywords like Mobility, Marketplace, Gig Economy, Automotive, Services, Logistics, etc.
• Strategic mind: Proven ability to conceptualize, execute, and scale business strategies.
• Numbers-driven: Passion for data, and analytics. Experience in designing and managing unit economics for services or products.
• “Product nerdiness”: Heartfelt enthusiasm for challenging the status quo and building innovative solutions from the ground up.
• Collaboration: Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to align teams and drive results.
• Tech fluency: Familiarity with leveraging today’s technology to optimize your work and processes.'
