The Role

As our Senior Product Designer, you will own and elevate the design experience across our product, brand, and marketing touchpoints. You’ll design journeys that give users confidence in their financial future while ensuring our brand remains consistent, recognizable, and high-quality. You move comfortably between UX research, product design, brand expression, and light art direction, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to bring clarity and delight to the Peaks experience.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Drive UX and UI design for our mobile apps, website, and web portal.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to turn complex requirements into simple user journeys.
• User Insights: Conduct research and usability testing to uncover meaningful customer needs.
• Prototyping: Develop seamless user flows and high-fidelity interface designs.
• System Thinking: Evolve and maintain our design system across all platforms.
• Brand Synergy: Support marketing with brand-aligned creatives that resonate with our audience.
• Advocacy: Act as the voice of the user within cross-functional teams to ensure maximum impact.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally within mobile consumer products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing intuitive flows, polished interfaces, and high-quality visual craft.
• The ability to bridge the worlds of product, brand, and marketing.
• Proven experience designing for iOS and Android.
• Figma Mastery: Expert proficiency in components, systems, and prototyping.
• Motion Design: Experience with Lottie, After Effects, or Jitter.
• A sharp eye for detail and an uncompromising standard for quality.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Based in the Netherlands (or a solid plan to relocate).
• Bonus points: Brand identity experience, a background in fintech, or UX copywriting skills.
