Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support a Board Member for our client. This role focuses on providing high-level administrative and strategic support, managing complex schedules, coordinating with senior executives, and facilitating key business projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent English communication skills, and is experienced working with C-level executives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Act as the liaison between the Board Member and stakeholders, managing inquiries and communications.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, prioritize meetings, and ensure effective time management..
  • Travel Arrangements: Manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Project Support: Assist with tracking and executing business projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Document Management: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years in an Executive Assistant role, with C-level support experience.
  • Fluent in English, strong Microsoft Office skills, highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
