QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM and SD modules,
• Experience in project management roles within SAP projects,
• Preferably experience in projects or operations within the retail sector,
• Ability to coordinate effectively between business units and technical teams,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Proficient in documentation and reporting,
• Preferably proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP MM / SD projects within the retail sector
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• End-to-end management of SAP module–related projects,
• Analysis of business requirements received from business units and development of solution proposals,
• Preparation and monitoring of project plans and ensuring timely delivery,
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (consulting firms, technical teams, etc.)
• Management of pre-go-live testing processes and providing go-live support,
• Risk, budget, and resource management throughout the project lifecycle,
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of SAP processes.
