Job Description

To carry out all duties and responsibilities within the scope of the Project Manager position, primarily focused on Information Technologies (IT) projects and IT operations; managing project processes related to software, systems, infrastructure, digital transformation, and similar IT domains accordingly.

  • Organizing employee onboarding and initial employment processes
  • Managing operational quality processes
  • Monitoring invoicing processes and ensuring that all related information and documents are collected accurately, delivered to the relevant departments, and followed up
  • Improving operational efficiency and reporting based on actual data
  • Establishing workflow and team structures for the teams managed within the responsible projects
  • Preparing financial statements that reflect operational profitability
  • Participating in interview processes together with HR departments for new positions required within the projects and technically evaluating candidates’ suitability for the roles
  • Monitoring payment processes
  • Managing risk processes within the responsible project packages, taking necessary actions to eliminate risks, and reporting to senior management
  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) in agreement with the client for the responsible projects, and conducting performance monitoring and reporting based on these indicators
  • Planning and monitoring training activities for employees involved in the responsible projects
  • Evaluating project deliverables from both technical and quality perspectives, participating in customer technical meetings together with project staff, and providing technical support to engineers

These constitute the main duties expected from you; however, they are not exhaustive. Additional duties related to your position may be assigned as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects and IT operations, including software development, systems, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, invoicing, and payment tracking within project environments
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and technical teams, including workflow and team structure design
  • Experience in defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting project performance to senior management
  • Strong risk management skills, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation
  • Experience in collaborating with Human Resources in recruitment processes and technically evaluating candidates
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including direct interaction with customers
  • Ability to evaluate project deliverables from both technical and quality perspectives
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); ability to conduct meetings and prepare reports in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar)
