In this role, Project Engineering focuses on designing, communicating, and implementing an operational plan for completing engineering-based projects. Responsibilities include preparing designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of new infrastructure or facilities. You will monitor progress and performance against the project plan and take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Serve as the reference engineering resource to support local and regional service organizations.
- Provide high-level support for local customers, ensuring smooth operation of the Network Manager system and network.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Network Manager.
- Offer user support, training, and assistance in using applications and software programs as needed.
- Participate in technical leadership roles for new projects with existing customers, including system upgrades, hardware and networking renovations, and new functionality deployments.
- You will be ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering or similar.
- 5+ years of Experience in Network Manager system engineering.
- Participation in at least 3 Network Manager upgrade or new deployment projects.
- 3+ years in Network Manager system maintenance and integration.
- Expertise in SCADA-RTU integration and protocols: IEC 60870-5-101/104, MODBUS TCP/RTU, DNP3, ICCP, OPC UA/DA, MQTT.
- Strong knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
