Role Description

We are seeking a Quantitative Trader – Digital Assets to design, implement, and operate systematic trading strategies across liquid cryptocurrency markets. This role carries direct responsibility for strategy performance, execution quality, and risk control, operating within an institutionally governed and research-informed framework.

You will work with market data, on-chain signals, and statistical models to identify inefficiencies and deploy repeatable strategies across spot and derivatives markets. This role is ideal for a quantitatively minded trader who combines strong modeling skills with disciplined execution and a deep understanding of crypto market structure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, and deploy quantitative trading strategies for digital assets
  • Analyze large datasets including market data, order books, and on-chain metrics
  • Design models for signal generation, execution optimization, and risk management
  • Trade across spot, perpetuals, and futures within defined risk parameters
  • Monitor strategy performance, drawdowns, and market regime changes
  • Optimize execution costs, latency considerations, and liquidity usage
  • Maintain rigorous documentation, performance attribution, and post-trade analysis
  • Collaborate with research and oversight stakeholders to refine models and controls


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quantitative trading or systematic strategy development
  • Strong understanding of crypto market microstructure, derivatives, and liquidity
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis libraries and backtesting frameworks
  • Demonstrated discipline in risk management, leverage control, and drawdown mitigation
  • Experience operating strategies with real capital and PnL accountability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment


Preferred Experience

  • Background in quantitative finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
  • Experience with machine learning or advanced statistical modeling techniques
  • Familiarity with on-chain analytics and blockchain data sources
  • Experience optimizing execution algorithms or market-making strategies
  • Prior exposure to regulated or institutionally governed trading environments
