Full-timeProject Management

We are a group of people united by a strong purpose.

We want you to get to know us, and Giuseppe, our very own artificial intelligence.

We love good food, but above all, we love the planet, and that's why, to protect it, we reinvent the food industry, one delicious bite at a time, elevating what we eat, through our technology and based on plants.

Our recipe has three mega-important components: science, technology, and, of course, disruptive talents who work daily to create a better future.

At NotCo we are not and do not seek to be the perfect company, but rather the right one. We are here to produce changes, and that is why we dare, fail, and sometimes achieve incredible successes.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our U.S. Business-to-Business (B2B) team reporting to the Project Management Manager, Global. Based in San Francisco, this role will focus on managing renovation and reformulation projects from concept through commercialization

Specifically, this person will:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for renovation, reformulation, and development projects—from concept through launch.
  • Build and manage project plans (timelines, Gantt charts, task trackers), ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are clearly defined and monitored.
  • Drive project governance by organizing and leading kickoffs, weekly check-ins, cross-functional work sessions, and decision-making forums.
  • Ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution teams (R&D, Culinary, AI, Marketing, and Business development), enabling alignment and accountability.
  • Serve as the main U.S.-based PM counterpart for client-facing projects—supporting progress updates, deliverables, and expectation management.
  • Partner with business and technical leads to define timelines, resource needs, and required inputs from all parties
  • Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and risk assessment.
  • Track and report KPIs and performance metrics to senior leadership with clarity and accuracy.
  • Prepare high-quality internal and client presentations that communicate progress, risks, decisions, and required next steps.
  • Maintain project documentation and PM tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, MS Project) to enable transparency and traceability
  • Identify and implement ways to improve workflows, PM templates, communication rhythms, and cross-functional processes.
  • Continuously refine project management processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • BA/BS college degree or its equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in Project management
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG); experience in food innovation, reformulation, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Experience in client-facing projects or business consulting background is a plus
  • MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools knowledge is a must
  • Understanding of basic financials, including budgets, P&Ls, and resource planning.
  • Proven track record of “soup to nuts” experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage with technical, business, and senior stakeholders.
  • Works well in teams and cross-functional groups in a matrixed environment, both regionally and globally
  • Highly organized, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment and a proven ability to multitask
  • Excel in a start-up environment and excited to create new procedures and processes from scratch, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Be agile, adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic and changing culture
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required
